Presentation Session

This page is a reminder for how the ordering process goes after your session 
You have been given a link via email to preview your session in a beautiful slide show. This will give you a sneak peek at your photos. Also don’t forget to check the blog for ‘Inside The Session’. After your Presentation Session – which is when you will be placing your order, your gallery will then be placed online if you choose, for friends and family to place an order. It will only be available for 3 days, so please make sure any additional orders are placed at that time.
Below is the info for your Presentation Session……
To aid in the selection process, your portraits will be shown to you during a private presentation session. Please allow at least one hour for this appointment.
At this time you will be placing your order. We do not have proofs or contact sheets to give out at the appointment for you to take home. Please be sure everyone who is involved in making the final decision in your portrait investment is present.
Children are always welcome at Jackie’s studio. However to allow you to focus on selecting your portraits, we ask that you leave children at home with a sitter during your portrait presentation. We understand that sometimes this is not possible, but please keep in mind that it is generally not a fun time for children.
To prepare for your appointment, please take a few moments to fill out the Portrait Order Worksheets. If you have misplaced the worksheets, you may download and print them. Presentation Session Packet
If for some reason you cannot keep this appointment and need to reschedule, please call 48 hours in advance. There will be a $40 rescheduling fee if you need an additional ordering appointment to finalize your order, or are no call – no show. Our time is valuable, as is yours.
