Well I clearly have a problem with doing this…. I have no idea why… I mean I feel like I have a permanent butt mold in my computer chair but I just can’t seem to keep up with daily photos. I almost feel like someone should stone me.. but that’s a little harsh

So I am going thru my recent collection of images that I recently took.. but *sigh* neglected to actually put them somewhere besides on my camera card. I am going to make an auto post on here that will post a POTD daily for me

So once it runs out, please feel free to nag me and remind me.

Summer and Fall seems to be the biggest time of year for family photos.. .and why not, I mean  you have sun and fun cute clothes you can wear… and water, sand and just fun. BUT, lets not forget one of Sandpoint’s beautiful seasons… WINTER. Winter family photos can be a lot of fun. So what if you have to bundle up in snow gear- go play in the snow and enjoy Gods work in the winter!!

Last week I was so HAPPY to have some NICE winter weather so we headed to Dover for some fun! As any kids would at this age, they weren’t too keen on doing photos at first in the cold, but after a few minutes of just being silly and enjoying our surroundings- I was able to get a ” that was fun” comment!!

It was so nice to be able to get out and enjoy that sun that day…. it was perfect.

 As a mom of boys myself, this photo just makes my heart just melt. I love the way he is looking at his momma!

** H- I am so glad I was able to see the kiddos again. I can’t believe how time really has flown by. I had a great time and look forward to our next adventure**

Oh this little one made my heart skip beats.. She is SO stinken adorable!!! I really could have just snuggled with her all afternoon- if she would have let me. And her parents… Oh my goodness – the sweetest couple. I do have to brag a little about her daddy- it always melts my heart when a dad acts like a daddy This daddy was so in love with his daughter- he took such great care of her and was so gentle and sweet. Everything he did, he did to perfection with her – to make sure she was safe, protected and loved. I hope when she grows up she will remember how much her parents love and cared for her on her first photo shoot- seeing that relationship made my year. I love seeing parents love their babies. Being a parent is so re-rewarding… ok and a little stressful, but hey- that’s what chocolate is for right

Life ended pretty CRAZY in 2011 and I must say I have neglected a LOT… and I am really very sorry. But for the past few days I have been editing and posting and I must admit, I have missed it so much. I am looking forward to jumping with both my feet and seeing where the Lord leads me

Back in December- on the day my camera BROKE -UGH. Thankfully with her AMAZING patience and the help of a friend, I was able to do our session of fun!

Looking at her makes me make funny baby noises.. I LOVE this stage of babyhood- they are so stinken cute and playful and who doesn’t love it when babies eat their toes?!!!!

We had a urban family session downtown Sandpoint just before WINTER came brrrrr

I simply just ADORE this family!!! I really can not say enough wonderful things about them all.

Sadly, we haven’t seen each other in a while due to just life events, but I was super happy when she called me to do family photos. I couldn’t wait to see them all and play!

 

 

I would like to say that we all had a great time, but this little man… I don’t think he was too sure of me making silly noises and my camera. Although when the camera was down he would say my name- and that my friends is always nice to hear when a 2 year old just says your name so cute!

I seriously thought this week wouldn’t end… ok and I feel like these next 2 weeks are never going to come and end either.. I guess that is what happens when you are watching the calendar and clock for D DAY! As of today I have 11 days left of carrying this baby in belly. I can not express enough to you how excited I am to just hold this little miracle. Time really can not come fast enough.

Friday was my last Sun Kissed Summer Mini Session… and I have to say, it was a lot of fun seeing everyone and capturing those cute images. I hope you are not bored with seeing more, because I have this one more session to share!!

I first met this little guy when he was just a newbie.. and NOW look at him- such a big- happy- boy. And his beautiful momma is expecting another one.. YAH!! I can’t wait to meet this little one she is growing. I am hoping it will be a girl!

Check out this watermelon. Talk about playing with your senses. Or at least it did mine. Completely opposite on the outside and the inside YELLOW. Every time I looked at it, my mouth watered thinking it tasted like something tropical like pineapple but no joke, it tasted JUST like a normal pink watermelon! I still can’t get over it
