This is one of my MOST favorite families.. I think I actually love everything about them all. Her hubby is sweet and patient… this momma is AWESOME, funny, a great friend and B E A U T I F U L.. wait till you see her photo later in this post.. umm HELLOOOO. She has the most adorable kiddos and that I just love and probably could tuck them away in my pockets and keep!

Sweet lil Taya is a VIP client and a part of my My Life Collection- celebrate 5 sessions to capture all those fun moments in your childs first year of life.. and we have had so much fun.. and I DREADING our last session. I keep sending her brain waves that she needs to have another baby just so I can keep seeing them!

See… I told you she was BEAUTIFUL. And I had to ask her.. because I admire to look that amazing- what lip color she was wearing….

NONE! She isn’t wearing any. Ugh- to be THAT lucky!

One of these days.. I should just record myself working.. just so you can see how coo-coo I get. I get music blarring, snacks on the desk, chillin in my pj’s and constant “awww”‘ and giggles while I am editing. I LOVE my job! I get to play with kids, meet awesome families, spend quality time with my family and create some adorable images.

Sweet Miss Taya… I have been capturing her…well.. for a while now. I cant believe she is half way through her first year. I think I will cry when she turns one. I guess I should just enjoy the moments I have with her and not think that far ahead.

For her 6 month session, her momma wanted to add their family friend and her kiddos best friend. I am always up for some fun! So of course we did.

Meet Mr. G

When I gave him the idea to hold her in his hands…without a diaper… I believe the best way to describe his reaction was along the lines of the deer in the headlights… and then he smiled and said “whatever you want”. Those are the most beautiful and magic words a photog could hear! Brownie point for Mr G! I prepared him for the possibility that he MIGHT get a little messy. BUT…. he got lucky and she saved him by making the mess on the floor and on her momma! I guess maybe that was her way of saying thanks!

Mr. G was great with Taya.. you could tell how much they liked each other. She was just laughed and giggled pretty much the whole time. She was amazing!

Here is a peek into our session. Wish I could share them all with you, because they are so cute! Maybe I will just have to make myself a set of notecards.. She is THAT adorable LOL.

A, D, G, T and lille D- Thank you so much for all coming together on this day. It was so wonderful meeting you D & G. Little D- you were so good playing while you were waiting. I love you little man. You make my heart smile A- you know I always enjoy myself around you. I always have such a great time with you! Your kids are just the best! And Miss Taya… little one.. you have grown way too fast, but I have enjoyed myself so much watching you grow and capturing your milestones. I look forward to the next few months.

Another one of my beautiful Bebe’ Me members….. and this sweet little one is just makes my heart happy!!! Full of smiles and giggles. I could have played with her ALL day!

I mean – look at her sweet face.The perfect eyebrows, the sweetest gummy smile, and just enough chunk to continuously want to squeeze!

I sat at my desk editing this session with so many giggles, smiles, “ooh’s” & “ahh’s”. I hope you all enjoy this sweet little once as much as I did

***A & C, it was so wonderful seeing you all again. It was once again such a great pleasure. I am so amazed how on beautiful and BIG Miss A is getting. I cant wait to see her again this fall!**

Another sunny installment of Beach Beauties!!!

I have known this family for over a year now and I am lovin’ every stage of it!!

We had schdeuled this session more than 1 time, but as you are aware.. the weather has been anything BUT helpful. Finally we had a sunny and warm day and just couldnt let it slip by… so the beach we went!!!

At first all was good until I let the balloon go. Let’s just say… I did not make any friends by doing THAT!!

I love the look of the photos.. vintage fresh feeling. Imagine how nice these would look in a ocean blue/green and white frame!!

You have seen her before.. back when she was a wee one…and she is back again for her 6 month – well actually she is 8 months at this session, but its the next photo op in the Bebe’ Me Collection!

Poor thing almost didn’t make it to the session due to an unforeseen tummy troubles – that apparently ruined mommy and daddy’s fave outfit! But, she was a trooper and was a peach during her session. I LOVED her skirt and all her rolls!! Oh how bad I just wanna SQUISH ‘em and love ‘em! I am s sucker for those baby rolls….and cute dimply cheeks!!

Look at those CHEEKS!!! I am a sucker for dimples… as you can tell by my hubby’s smile. Flash me those dimples and I become weak in the knees!! Stick a set of dimples on a little one and I become a gibberish- goofy- giggly me.

Meet baby M. Oh how I loved the way she smiled. Such a HAPPY baby. I first met this little one during a wedding consult for her parents – which you will be seeing more of them later this summer… but even at our first hello, she had me all giggly. I had a lot of fun at her session! And she has a weak spot for her daddy. That man could make her smile in an instant!!! So Sweet!!

I know I have said this many many times before… but I need to say it again Besides newborns, my FAVE age is the 6-9 months. they just have so much personality and spunk! This is even better of course if they are not fast crawlers LOL

Meet baby B. You have seen him and his wonderful and sweet parents a while ago. A friend of hers and a photog friend of mine was super sweet to purchase them a gift certificate so that baby B could come get some photo fun. He is such a sweet sweet baby who has gone thru a lot to not only get here but to have a healthy start, but I am SO happy that things are MUCH better!

What I love about these hats and headbands is how easy and comfortable and FUN they are! Because each hat and headband have detachable flowers, you can easily mix and match them all. We even took the flower off one hat and used it as an accessory piece on the little ones clothes!

Coming soon to the studio, you will be able to sample and view some FABULOUS items such as homemade hats, headbands and tuts  from……..

Bella Saracena is located out of Pasco Wa- which is great for having someone talented and semi local! Angela and her sister Julie started doing this business because Angela was having such a hard time finding cute accessories for little girls that were also affordable. She had a little girl on in December of ’08 and she wanted to find  pretty little hair accessories.  She would find headbands for up to $20 at local boutiques and found out that the  headbands that would leave marks in her head. And so Angela finally decided  to try to make things on her own.

Angela’s  goal was to keep things affordable and find materials that wouldn’t leave any dents in her daughters or in any child’s head (which was something that kept happening).  She also made everything with a detachable clip so the flowers or bows could be moved around to different headbands, just put in hair alone or even clipped onto a tutu for a fun look.

They have had so much fun with this, that they  are going to be launching another site sometime in February just selling supplies so other moms can make their own headbands too!

I dont know about you all, but I think that is VERY exciting!!!

Starting in February here in the Studio,  there will be a wall display for all to see along with cards and info on how to order your OWN Bella Saracena items!

…so this leaves me to my next news…. I am looking for a few “models” to showcase some Bella Saracena items that should be here VERY soon! Just leave me an email. I need a newborn and a toddler! I have tutus and hats coming

I have to admit that I have high expectations.. for myself that is! When my SIL mentioned family pictures this year I literally cringed. Not because I dont love my family or hers, I just know what happens when we try to do family photos. Lets just say, momma is not a very peachy momma. I think partly its because I automatically expect my family to know EXACTLY what to do. And that is SO silly of me. Trying to get all of the kids looking ahead without a goofy smile or the boys making gestures with their hands- its nearly impossible. I had to enlist my SIL to push the shutter as we kept yelling at everyone to look at her and smile. All the meanwhile trying to also get the baby to smile – ugh. By the end of our family photo session I needed a big piece of chocolate and a nap!

After we did the family section of photos, it was time to do Charlie Joe’s 6 months photos. Once again, I had all these great ideas and hats that I wanted to use. I was for sure he was going to be great.. I mean at home he is all smiles and so much fun! But this kid is just too smart! Once that light comes on and the camera comes out- he is not having ANY of it!!! I was so sad and so frustrated. Doesnt this kid know that he is suppose to cooperate and be the best little subject!!!! Although I was not able to get what I really wanted (maybe I will attempt it again soon) I was able to snap a few good ones. My little guy is growing so much and so fast.
