Well, here it is.. the last Mommy & Me mini session post
and what you dont know is that it will take me at least an hour to write this up because of a baby that wants to type along.
Just like the last session- it was fun. There is something so wonderful when you get to see the relationship of a mom with her kids! Just makes my heart
smile!
Check out Miss J…

i love this photo!!! makes me happy

i think she is secretly telling me what she thinks of me

As April comes to a close, so does our Mommy & Me Mini Sessions. I wanted to hop on and share a few photos from the last 2 sessions
Here is the first share.. the last one to come soon!

Oh! I had to share this too.. When the girls first arrived I noticed big sister was carrying Strawberry Shortcake… Oh the memories!!! She quickly informed me that it was her SISTER – not a doll!!! I just about cracked up laughing. She loves her “sister” and takes great care of her! She made sure “sister” had a place to sit and even when we were all done with photos, she made sure her “sister” had a chance to shine in front of the camera!!! I love the minds of children. If only we adults could think and play like kids do once in a while – I bet our life would be less stressful!

"sister" - don't you dare call her a DOLL!
*J – I really enjoyed playing with your girls and meeting your mom. You all were so wonderful and fun!! I hope you enjoy your photos and sneak peek!*

First I want to introduce the new Studio pet
Yes, you read right.. studio pet LOL.. Of course not all family members LIKE this idea, but I think its great… and if something happens to it, it easily fits down the potty and there are TONs that look just like him. Yeeeaaaahhh – not sure why I call him a “him”, but it seems to fit for me.. so HIM it is

Isn’t he cute??!!! I never before liked fish.. i think its mainly because the thought of cleaning out a tank just makes me want to foam at the mouth and start twitching. I do not need any more chores than what I have.. but this little fella – is EASY! And I have to say – he is pretty darn amusing!
I can not though figure out what I wanna name this little dude… So I am reaching out to my blog readers to help me pick a name! whatcha think?!
Just add your choice under the comment and we will name this little dude!!
Today I had 2 mommy & Me sessions and after I thought – “what the heck- lets do baby!”.. OK here is a true mommy moment. I have the MOST difficult baby to photograph – EVER.. So all you moms that think you have a difficult little one to get photos of… you are WRONG!!! I think my kiddo is so stinken cute and at most times sweet and I love that little booger, but MY WORD- he is TERRIBLE at photos!! I would share with you some of the not-so-good images, but I just cant make myself do that.. so here are a few that work

"here fishy fishy"

Double The Sweetness | Sandpoint Photographer

Twins!!! Everytime I see a set of twins- so many thoughts (good ones.. and ok scary ones) go thru my head. Like all the love you will get… all the kisses, hugs, sweet soft touches…. and then there is the diapers, the crying, the sleeping – less… Like with every child, there are good things and then the not so fun things…
These 2 girls tickled me so much. I was so amazed on how different they each were. I know they are different people – inside and out, but it ALWAYS amazes me when I get to see it! Miss A- likes to have her space… she did not enjoy her sister crowing her- which just makes me giggle. I guess she thought she had enough closeness being together in the womb. She was ready to have her space! And she is a smart- stubborn girl.. She knew EXACTLY what I was doing and after a while she was not playing my game.. That girl WOULD NOT look at the camera. But as soon as I took it away from my face, she would look at me and smile!! Made me laugh!… But Miss C- she LOVED the camera… either that or I looked really funny to her!! To save my self esteem I am gonna go with the liking the camera bit!
This session was a very special one, because Miss A FOUND HER TOES
I just melt to goo when babies play with their toes.. Gosh- I just love those babies!! Once Miss A got a hold of her toes.. she did not want to let them go!! And Miss C- she loved her fingers.. even her sisters fingers – if they got close to her mouth!! This was such a cute fun session!
Here is a sneak peek into our day!

I love my toes

Wheph… I have FINALLY finished my photos.
This shoot was so much fun! And hello – look at this BEAUTIFUL model!!!
I need to give a BIG shot out to the vendors that helped make this happen for me. Without them – I dont think these photos would have looked so amazing (if I do say so myself
?Flowers were provided by Petal Talk in Sandpoint Id. If you are getting married, having a baby, sending some love to your friend or lover, and just want something special for you…. Go see Nicole. She does amazing work. Also she is doing a kick-butt Mothers Day Special. Give her a call!!
?Dress and accessories were provided by the ever-so-sweet Rosalie at Storybook Bridal inside the Shoppes across from the CDA resort. Her dresses are AMAZING. I wanted my own collection to wear around the house! And all her accessories are SO affordable and fun!! She even has this cake server spoon in the shape of a SHOE. I want one SOOOO bad! If you are in need of any kind of dress for any event- go see Rosalie. I promise you- you will not be sorry!
?Makeup was provided by Shasta Hankins. She is a FABO makeup artist based out of Spokane. I wish I could have her live with me and do mine every day so I look FAB! What makes her special?? AIR BRUSH application!! If you are getting married, I HIGHLY recommend her. It is totally worth getting a professional makeup application for your big day. Your makeup will look flawless, its one less thing for you to worry about and it will make your photos BETTER
….and easier for me!
?If you like the locations you see.. you will see them around downtown CDA. Our first stop, unfortunately is no longer available for photo sessions or events- makes me sad- its a GREAT place!!! Our next stop was the Roosevelt Inn. A local bed and breakfast.
Thank you again VENDORS for all your help and donations. I am so grateful for you all! It was a pleasure working with you all and hope to do so again in the future!!
