{ My Apology }

To make a long story short, I wanted to apologize to all my clients that have been dealing with me since October. Due to this pregnancy, life has been very hard and on top of that, trying to be a mom, a wife, and then trying to run a business has been more than my body could handle, which is why I was finally able to take a break for myself. But in the midst of it all, I have unfortunately feel I have not given my all to my business. Feeling this way has been out of my control and as much as I prayed and wished that i could do it all, my body had other plans. Almost all of you have been so supportive and understanding and I can not thank you enough for that. It means a lot. If I was able to I would not only hug you all but figure out a way to reward you for all your understanding.

As I am beginning to see the light in this long tunnel, I have been trying to get motivated again on the business. I really do love what I do as a “job”. I love meeting all my clients and watching the kiddos grow to beautiful children and creating a friendship. I just hope that you all can forgive me for being so “not on top of things”. It breaks my heart when I make someone upset or hurt and unhappy.

Please forgive me.

And again I am so sorry that Jax Creations has not been up to par lately. Here is to a better new year with lots of excitement offers to come!!!

I could not come up with a good enough title for this post. I thought about naming it “lame” because that is how I feel, but then I thought- “stop being so negative, Jackie”. ( I talk to myself a lot these days :)

All of my blogging friends have such warm and fuzzy blogs about Christmas and beautiful photos of cookies they made or the beautiful tree decorations or even the kids just having a great time. What do I have?? None of that- that is for sure. We all know that its mainly because I just dont feel well, but man I just have that little jealous bug running thru me wishing I had the energy to create such beautfiul Christmas cookies or photos this year. Next year I will – you watch!!

Speaking of Christmas, we actually had a very nice and peaceful day. Our church blessed us with gifts for Christopher and even Charley and I got something special too. It was so nice of them. It feels so good to not only be a christian but to also belong to a loving and caring church family :)

So we found a pre-school remote control car and we were both shocked at the fact of he knew EXACTLY how to use the remote. It must be a chromosome that is bred into boys – how else do they know those things??!! That was the first gift he opened and really did not care about the rest of the. When we finally talked him into opening the other stuff, it was a lot of fun watching him rip open the packages. He litteraly threw the paper he tore off behind him. It was so cute!!
Lilly and Matty are still in Florida enjoy the warmer weather and no snow. When i talked to them Christmas morning they were overly excited so I really could not understand too much except ” LOTS OF STUFF _ I CANT REMEMBER IT ALL!” the joys of being a kid again!

Charley worked a 12 hour day today and then came home to do some plowing which I can only imagine will take him a good 4 hours to do but he was sweet enough to offer to take Christopher with him on the tractor so I could get some rest. That kid was super excited to go outside. He grabbed all his winter stuff and kept pulling on me to come make snowmen. I had to laugh. There is no way this chickabee was going out tonight to make snowmen. I wanted to find something to take away my nausea and try to finish watching the rest of “The Notebook” AHHH i LUV that movie.

So besides talking to myself and still being ill, Charley and I did a wedding not too long ago and here are some photos to share with you all.

Is It For Real?!

Is the sun shining on this pregnancy finally?? I am on day 3 of no or barley feeling sick. Can it be true? Please let this be the beginning of a better journey!

I know this might sound so simple or nothing to toot my horn about, but I am excited to announce that I was able to clean my house. Of course with some help with my hubby, but together we got it cleaned. Today I became a little anal and cleaned little nooks and cranny’s which surprising has left me completely tired and with a headache, but at least I was able to do that. I really pray that this is the start of a better journey, PLEASE, Lord.

As Christmas is nearing closer the more excited ( and lonely) I get. the older kids are enjoying the Florida sunshine and the spoiling of the grandparents and I miss them terribly but I know that they are having so much fun and they deserve it :) I am excited to have Christmas with my hubby and little Christopher and watching him open his gifts. Over the past week he seems like such a different kid. He is still his crazy two year old self and can easily drive me INSANE but is amazing to watch be a lil man. The older he gets the more he is like daddy. I dont know how many of you remember that toy, My Buddy. But that is just like the two of them. They hang out a lot and in the evenings have their snack and watch some tube. It is really too cute to see.

well i guess i should get down to business. I have taken a few weeks off in HOPES that by the time I am off i will be better and ready to kick some more butt in the studio. I have thought of some neat events and specials for February but i would love to hear what yall think. What would you like to see for a February special??

I hope you all are staying warm and for those who watch the hubby plow the drive way – AGAIN, make him a special hot drink and tell him that you love him and you appreciate all his hard work :)

You ALL have a WONDERFUL Christmas!

{ My Chinese New Year }

For anyone that knows me, patience is not one of my God given gifts. But I am trying to do my best at the moment. I have been CRAVING chinese food for a while now and my sweet lovely made an announcement that he was heading to Hayden and THEN asked me if I wanted anything in that area. WHAT?? REALLY?? HELL YEAH!! Actually I have been craving some CDA food for while. I want some Costco pizza, some orange chicken from Panda Express and I want a buttery and salty pretzel from the mall. Since just walking to the kitchen usually sends me into the bathroom in a hurry, I cant even try to imagine a drive ALL the way to CDA just for food! But when my hubby said that he would get me my chinese food, I was so excited.

So here I sit which seems like forever, just waiting for him to pull up and deliver me that warm box of oragne chicken and chow mein, OH YUM!! Now, pray with me here that I wont get sick by either the smell or the taste of it. That would be some twisted and mean trick :(

{ To Help Make Some Sense Of This All }

I feel like I have been sick FOREVER and I still have a while to go. Yesterday I did some research and found a wonderful website that helped explained hyperemesis which is what I have been diagnosed with AGAIN for this pregnancy. This site helps describe what exactly it is and what women go thru. If you are interested take some time and get educated :)

{ Sweet Sweet Baby }

Oh the sweet smell of a beautiful baby. It has been a while since a newborn came to the studio, but the other day I was graced with this beauty. Just a few weeks old and too cute.

I know these are pretty similar but i just could not resist!

WANTED

I received an interesting phone call yesterday morning. Someone from a pattern company called needing a picture for a magazine of this sweater that they just made. That was pretty neat that they chose me, but there are in need of a “model”. They are looking for a brunette, not very busty, that can fit a small to a medium sweater. If you are interested, this is a NON paying job but you get to be in a magazine, please contact me ASAP :)
