For Christmas this year, 2 of our kiddos are going to Florida to spend it with family so to make life easier, we decided to not do gifts but instead give them time with us!! My oldest is always complaining that we don’t get to spend a lot of time together so i thought the perfect gift is time!!
So for our daughter we surprised her with a trip to see Disney On Ice – Princess Wishes.
Charley even went with us and we all had a good time. Watching it made me really miss the ice. I wanted so bad to get out there with them. I miss the feeling of how the ice feels under my feet or the feel of the wind blowing as I try to go as fast as I can or even the butterflies in my tummy as I try to jump as high as I could. Watching it brought back so many memories. All good but it left an ache in my heart for wanting to go back to the ice. I really wish Sandpoint would bring in an indoor ice rink. I would be SO on top of that. I could teach and put together little shows. It would be so exciting!!
Ok so back to the photos. We had good seats but they were not the best but with this MAC DADDY lens I had, I got some great pictures. Take a peek and the fun we had!!

This was cool to watch… REAL fire on ice… totally unexpected and so cool!!
From the Little Mermaid. This guy fell once but the real COOL part was the other guys, the “crew” did this really neat thing. Let’s see if i can explain it.. One guy stood on a end of this teeter-totter and another came and jumped on the other end and the first dude went flying and flipping in the air. It was so neat!!! One of those things were you wanted them to keep doing it higher and higher!!

Update to MOPS moms…
I wanted to say thanks to everyone who has emailed and called to say how much they like the pictures.. It means a lot that you are happy!!
I also wanted to send out a note that a few moms have asked for more pictures and or to change them in color. I would be more than happy to change the color of whatever image you would like but because of this special event, I will have to ask that any changes will be charged a $5 fee.
I know that there were a lot more images that were taken at each session but I pick the ones that are usable and that are the best therefore you won’t get all of them. If you have an image that is in b&w, most likely it is because the color image did not look right in my eyes. But again, I would be happy to give you the color or change it to b&w, for that $5 fee.
I hope that you understand and respect this policy. Please also know that I am not doing so to make an extra buck, but only because I have already put in a lot of work into this – which has been a lot of fun, but its still time that I am investing.
