I dont know how many of you watched the Country Music Awards but Tim Mcgraw sang this song, which he stated that he will not record in studio.
My brother who is in Iraq fighting right now, thankfully still with us, but I just wanted some extra prayers for him and for all the men and women that are away from their families during this time. We may not all agree or understand the war, but it is important that we give all the soldiers our support and prayers. It is their choice to be over there fighting and we should be extremely grateful that they are, no matter our opinions on it.
Like, I said, my brother is still with us and I pray that he will for a long time, but this song and video is so……. well it will leave you speechless.
So again, say a prayer for a solider or two.

1. If you are choking on an ice cube, don’t panic. Simply pour a cup
of boiling water down your throat and presto, the blockage will be
almost instantly removed.
2. Clumsy? Avoid cutting yourself while slicing vegetables by getting
someone else to hold them while you chop away.
3. You can avoid arguments with the Mrs. about lifting the toilet seat
just by using the sink.
4. For high blood pressure sufferers, simply cut yourself and bleed for
a few minutes, thus reducing the pressure in your veins. Remember to
use an egg timer.
5. A mousetrap placed on top of your alarm clock will prevent you from
rolling over and going back to sleep after you hit the snooze button.
6. If you have a bad cough, take a large dose of laxatives. Then you
will be afraid to cough.
7. Have a bad toothache? Smash your thumb with a hammer and you will
forget all about the toothache.
8. In life, you only need two tools – WD-40 and Duct Tape. If it
doesn’t move but should, use the WD-40. If it should not move and
does, use the duct tape.
Remember:
Everyone seems normal until you get to know them.
Some people are like slinkies. They are not really good for anything,
but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a
flight of stairs.
Yah!!! ok so I have been working on a new look for my website and after MANY long confusing days, it’s done. Well not completely done but good for right now until I can get some help on some misc issues.
So, please go check it out!!! Tell me what you think. Right now I am noticing a slow upload- not sure why but if you can be patient I would appreciate it. If you have dial up….. um bring a book!! I am working on another alternative for you fine people!
i will still have my gallery/proof site up so you can keep going there to view new stuff.
oh other cool news….
So I am for real this time getting my own studio place. It is in the works right now and I hear it should be dried in by sunday night.. which means next week I can start the fun stuff ( after i get the guys to do the insulation of course) but i am looking forward in “making” the inside. i tell ya i never knew how hard it would be to pick a design inside. There are so many things that I like which of course most of them are more on the spendy side. But i am excited and can’t wait for you all to see it. The plan is to still use our home as the welcome and viewing area and then shoot in the studio. Once everything is completed I will be hosting an open house (probably a bbq) and specials so once you receive my invitation, please pass the word along. I would really appreciate that!
Oh.. A KUDOS to Nikki L!!!! thank you again for everything. You have really helped me!
One more little note and then I’ll sign off..
August is fast approaching and so are A LOT of 1st birthdays. If you are wanting those cute 1st birthday pictures, please schedule your appointment ASAP. Birthday Cake sessions will be the regular studio price ( helps pay for clean up:) but you will get a 10×10 keepsake photo from that session. You will need to supply the cake, I will bring the balloons if you want them. I do ask that you may want to rethink icing colors if you are thinking green and yellow. Yellow leaves a nasty color cast which shows up in pictures and green… well it looks more like a poo-poo accident hehehehe. You can see samples of a birthday session on the site. The cake sessions are a lot of fun for both the parents and the lil one. We will of course do the not so messy pictures first then let the birthday baby dig right in ( sitting in just a diaper).
If you would like more info, please contact me!!!
Great, ok yall. Let me know what you think of the new site. Hope everyone is doing well and talk to you soon!!!
